Satisfaction Survey (modules/weeks 1-3)

I'm very interested in your feedback on this course! Please answer the evaluation items honestly and provide commentary. You will receive full credit for participating. 

Note: This survey is probably longer than most people would care to tolerate. I'm throwing all the items against the wall and seeing what sticks, so to speak. I've developed these items after compiling criteria from several different "quality" indicators in online course structure, teaching and learning. They're also in a pilot state, again your input is appreciated, i.e. "what does this mean?", "why are you asking me this?", "IDK"
