Course Assessment Extra Credit- Fall 2016

I'm interested in getting your feedback about the course and my teaching choices. There are a few multiple choice questions (some of which are included in the end-of-semester online student assessment of instruction) as well as 4 additional (very) short essay questions that encourage critical reflection in teaching.
